Welcome to POLYMER PRODUCTS (PHILS.) INC.. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this Website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read them carefully.

Access and Use of the Website

 

  1. You may only use the Website for non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  2. We may, from time to time, restrict access to certain features, parts or content of the Website, or the entire Website, to users who have registered with us.

  3. If you choose to open an account with us you must ensure that any registration details you provide are accurate. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or other security breach of which you become aware.

  4. We reserve the right to disable any account, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms or if any details you provide for the purposes of registering as a user prove to be false.

Intellectual Property

1.      All content and materials on the Website are the sole and exclusive property of POLYMER PRODUCTS (PHILS.) INC.. You may not reproduce, by any means, in full or in part, distribute, publish, transmit, create derivative works based on, modify or sell any such content or materials contained on the Website.

2.      POLYMER PRODUCTS (PHILS.) INC. remains the owner of the creations relating to the products displayed on the Website. The Terms and Conditions do not grant you or any other person any entitlements of any kind to the intellectual property rights held by POLYMER PRODUCTS (PHILS.) INC..

3.      These intellectual property rights prohibit the  affixing  of  the  POLYMER PRODUCTS (PHILS.) INC. designs and/or  its  logos,  or  the  insertion  of photos of the products or their packaging in any  material, including but not limited to brochures, posters, catalogues, correspondence, press articles, audiovisual works, without express prior written approval from POLYMER PRODUCTS (PHILS.) INC.. 

4.      You agree to refrain from fabricating and/or arranging for the fabrication of, for itself or on behalf of third parties, products that are identical to, and/or similar to, and/or constituting imitations of the products displayed on the Website or derivative products within the meaning of intellectual property laws and regulations.

 

Ordering

  1. All orders may only be placed on the Website by customers purchasing for personal use and not intended for resale.  Any resale of POLYMER PRODUCTS (PHILS.) INC. products purchased on the Website is strictly prohibited. By placing an order you declare and guarantee that you act as a final consumer and that you do not intend to resell POLYMER PRODUCTS (PHILS.) INC. products for commercial purposes.

  2. Your purchase and order of products on this Website constitutes your agreement with POLYMER PRODUCTS (PHILS.) INC. to comply with and be bound by the Terms and Conditions.  For each order you place on the Website, your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is in force as of the date of your order.

  3. POLYMER PRODUCTS (PHILS.) INC. reserves the right to cancel your order for any reason without liability if, among other things, the products are not available, are incorrectly priced or are otherwise incorrectly described.  

  4. We make every effort to show you images and descriptions of POLYMER PRODUCTS (PHILS.) INC. Products which are accurate and realistic. The images are for illustrative purposes only. We cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the POLYMER PRODUCTS (PHILS.) INC. Products. Your POLYMER PRODUCTS (PHILS.) INC. Products may vary slightly from those images. Sometimes we will need to make changes to our products to comply with laws and regulations, which may mean your POLYMER PRODUCTS (PHILS.) INC. Products vary from the description.

  5. The Website only accepts orders from the Metro Manila, Cebu and Davao.

  6. Our business hours are Mondays to Fridays 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Product Availability

  1. Products offered for sale and displayed on the Website are subject to availability. POLYMER PRODUCTS (PHILS.) INC. shall not be liable in case of stock outage or unavailability of products.

  2. POLYMER PRODUCTS (PHILS.) INC. reserves the right to change the products offered for sale on the Website at any time and without notice.

  3. Should the Product be unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you by email or by phone as soon as possible.  You will be invited to choose another available product on the Website as substitution for the unavailable product or to cancel your order.   If you cancel your order, you will be refunded in the mode of payment used within ten (10) business days.

  4. Customized products cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

 

Price and Payment

  1. All the prices of the Products published on the Website are expressed in Philippine Pesos and are inclusive of all applicable Philippines taxes but exclusive of shipping cost.

  2. POLYMER PRODUCTS (PHILS.) INC. hereby reserves the right to change the price of Products at any time, without prior notice, it being understood that the price charged to the user shall be the one indicated on the Website at the time the order was placed and will not take account of any variations, either increases or decreases, subsequent to the order confirmation.

  3. Payment is due immediately upon confirmation of your order. We accept bank deposits and credit card payments through ______.

  4. Online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your credit card issuer. We are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason.

Shipping and Delivery

  1. Deliveries are made to the address specified in the order form. You are solely responsible for the shipping address provided.

  2. Your order will be delivered within 3 working days. A tracking link will be sent to you in the Shipping Confirmation email.

  3. Shipping cost free for a minimum order of ₱1,000.

  4. All products within the same order cannot be split and delivered to different addresses.

  5. Deliveries are made by courier Mondays to Saturdays, excluding holidays. It is not possible to specify a precise time at which a delivery will take place. The courier will contact you by SMS or Viber to confirm date and time of delivery. Please note that the courier will require deliveries to be signed for.

  6. We deliver to Metro Manila only.

  7. In the event of impediments to the delivery due to acts of God, POLYMER PRODUCTS (PHILS.) INC. will inform you by e-mail. We will not be held in any way responsible for any delay caused by acts of third parties and/or acts of God.

  8. In the event that the package has evidence of tampering or alteration, do not open the package and contact us immediately at info@polymerprod.com.

  9. In the event of non-delivery to the address specified due to the absence of the recipient, the courier will contact you to reschedule delivery. If these attempts are also unsuccessful, we will follow the procedure below.

    1. The product will be shipped back to POLYMER PRODUCTS (PHILS.) INC..

    2. After thirty days from the date on which the product has been returned to POLYMER PRODUCTS (PHILS.) INC., the contract will be considered as terminated and the purchase order canceled.

    3. POLYMER PRODUCTS (PHILS.) INC. will reimburse the amount paid, net of the cost of delivery of the product and the cost of returning the same to POLYMER PRODUCTS (PHILS.) INC.. The termination of the contract and the refund amount will be communicated to the user via email. The refund amount will be credited to the payment mean used for the purchase.

    4. In the event that, before the end of the thirty days, you ask to resend the purchased product, you will be charged the cost of returning the product to POLYMER PRODUCTS (PHILS.) INC. and the cost of the second delivery.

  10. Delivery is deemed complete when the product is received at the address specified in the order form. This marks the end of the of the sale.

  11. It is your responsibility to check the conditions of the delivered product. Returns, exchanges and refunds will only be entertained within 7 days from receipt of your order.

Return and Exchange

We ensure that the orders you receive are correct and in good condition.

In the event that you receive the wrong item or with factory defect, we will provide you with a product replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You have five (5) calendar days to return your order from the date you received it.

 

You must return the item to the following locations:

If item is purchased in Metro Manila - 11 Joe Borris St., Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.

If item is purchased in Cebu – North Road Plaza, JP Rizal St., Mandaue, Cebu City 6014

If item is purchased in Davao – Phase 4, 16 Peacock St., Ecoland Dr., Davao City

 

Upon confirmation and approval, we will immediately replace your item. 

REFUND POLICY 

If replacement item is out of stock, the customer may choose to have a product of equal value or a refund.

Liability Exclusion

  1. The material contained in this Website may contain inaccurate information and typing errors. POLYMER PRODUCTS (PHILS.) INC. declines all liability concerning losses or damage caused by these inaccuracies.

  2. POLYMER PRODUCTS (PHILS.) INC. reserves the right to change the Website and its contents at any time without an obligation to notify such change in advance or at a later date.

  3. We cannot and do not guarantee that any content of the Website will be free from viruses and/or other code that may have contaminating or destructive elements.

  4. POLYMER PRODUCTS (PHILS.) INC. may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice by posting them on this Website. You can view the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time at the Footer of the Website.
