Orders
We only accept online order from Metro Manila, Cebu and Davao.
If you are outside our coverage area you can visit a branch near you.
We accept and process all orders Mondays thru Saturdays at 8am to 5pm.
All orders received after cut off time are processed the following day.
- Bank deposit thru over-the-counter or online banking
- GCASH
- Cash on Delivery (COD) for maximum order value of ₱2,000 and with additional service fee to courier.
- Our banks:
- Bank of the Philippine Islands
- Metrobank
- Security Bank
If you choose payment option 1, please send us a copy of the deposit slip with your Order ID as payment reference in three (3) business days. We will begin processing your order upon confirmation of payment.
Delivery & Pick Up
We deliver to Metro Manila and accept order pick up in Cebu and Davao.
Free delivery for a minimum order of ₱1,000 in Metro Manila.
Orders below ₱1,000 are for pick up at our Pasig branch.

Returns & Exchanges
In the event that you receive the wrong item or with factory defect, we will provide you with a product replacement.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You have five (5) calendar days to return your order from the date you received it.

If replacement item is out of stock, the customer may choose to have a product of equal value or a refund.
