DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
1. Dilute SCALE GO with water by using the following ratios based on application:
SURFACE TO BE CLEANED RECOMMENDED DILUTION
Oven, grills and deep fryers. 1:1
Hoods, vents, canopies, flues 1:1
Filters, exhaust ducts, fans 1:1
Serving counters, table tops 1:12
Meat blocks, conveyors 1:2
Meat machines, meat hooks 1:5
Food carts, coolers, refs 1:8
Walls, floors, baseboards 1:12
2. Leave the product to react on the soil for a few minutes.
3. Rinse with water
4. Leave to dry
